How to Use Take ½ to ¾ ml of Tila and rub all over the organ (except the glans area). Massage the base of the organ for 8 to 10 minutes before retiring at night. In case rashes appear, discontinue use and apply chameli oil or butter over the affected area. Resume use once rashes disappear. Use as directed by a qualified Unani physician or healthcare practitioner.
