Returns

  • Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Free Shipping on Returns.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, opened or used health supplements and personal care items cannot be returned.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@zevikahealth.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
