Why Kutki Is Included
Four of these five are strengthening herbs. Kutki is the odd one out: it is intensely bitter and is classically used to support digestion. Its presence tells you something about how the formulation is meant to work — in Ayurvedic thinking, a tonic is only useful if digestion is working well enough to absorb it, so bitters are often paired with restoratives.
How to Use
Take 1–2 tablets twice a day with water, or as directed by your physician. Traditionally taken after meals.
